In a virtual gathering, the last transnational meeting for the two-year-long Erasmus+ Eco-Therapy project unfolded on January 18 and 19, 2024, bringing together all members of the international consortium. The video conferencing event was pivotal in solidifying the concluding aspects of the project’s activities as it gears up for completion in February 2024.
Representatives from participating countries and organizations joined the digital platform to deliberate on the various final aspects of the project activities. The project, which commenced two years ago, has been a collaborative effort aimed at exploring the intersection of ecology and mental health. By utilizing nature-based interventions, the consortium has strived to develop innovative approaches for promoting ecotherapy.
The meeting focused on crucial discussions surrounding the finalization of project activities, ensuring that all objectives are met before the upcoming culmination in February. Consortium members reviewed the achievements, challenges, and lessons learned throughout the two-year journey, acknowledging the significance of each partner’s contributions.
As the project nears its completion, sustainability emerged as a key topic of discourse. Participants engaged in in-depth conversations about the long-term impact of the Eco-Therapy project, emphasizing the importance of maintaining and expanding its positive effects on individuals and communities.
