We are pleased to present our third newsletter with a detailed report on our recent three-day training course, “Exploring Ecotherapy”, held in Espinho, Portugal, from 14 to 16 November. Organised by our project consortium, this immersive training initiative aimed to equip participants from Germany, Greece, Denmark, Spain and Portugal with a comprehensive understanding of ecotherapy – a therapeutic approach centred on the harmonious interaction between the individual and nature.
